Made for all! This program is for men and women with goals ranging from injury rehab to attaining the next level for high-performing athletes.

No way! You can reach your goals at any age. My program can be scaled up or down to suit your level and specific needs. However, if you are concerned, please speak to your doctor before starting.

You can start my program no matter where you are on your fitness journey because each of my workouts provide progressions, regressions, and modifications.

Absolutely! The great thing about my program is that you can continue to increase your strength and endurance with unique movements and pointed cueing that will take your fitness to the next level.

Most videos range from 2 minutes to 20 minutes. (And a few are longer for those days you want a longer session.) Put together your own customizable workout with a selection of exercise videos with a time duration that works for you!

Form is key! I talk you through proper form and technique for each exercise with creative verbal cues and imagery, so that you are effectively, efficiently, and safely challenging yourself to attain your goals. 

I define results based on energy levels, reduction of pain, quality of sleep, confidence, and similar metrics. It’s important to understand that my program is about building a healthy lifestyle and making exercise a habit. There are no quick fixes when it comes to health, and I’m building a program that you can stick with for the long term. We’re all different, which is why we’ll each see results start to appear at different stages of our fitness journey, but I can guarantee that if you are consistent, your body WILL start to change.

This program is set up to not require any equipment, other than Internet access and your choice of digital device: phone, tablet, or laptop. To get even more out of the experience and exercises, you’ll benefit from having resistance bands, loop bands, mini ball, and light hand weights.

After you’ve signed up for your membership level (CORE Connection or CORE Engagement), log in to your account at core.streamfit.io to access the exercise video library. For CORE Engagement members, you will also receive a weekly email with the Workout of the Week (WOW) and a link for the LIVE webinar workout for that week.

We offer modifications, progressions, regressions for many injuries and ailments along with neuro training in the CORE Engagement level to build body awareness, increase strength, and reduce levels of pain. If you have unanswered concerns, please speak to your physician or physical therapist before starting any program.
